She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton Eaton, and Bertha E. Eaton, Sr. (Brown); her husband Everett W. Sielicki; her daughter Charlene Frost; her grandchildren, Adam Keaney, Sarah Frost, Marilyn Sohl and Ronnie Welch III; and her siblings, Burton Eaton Jr. and Cheryl Eaton.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl West (William) of Franklin, KY, Marilyn Cynewski of Seabrook, Herbert Millette Jr. of Cornville, AZ and Ronald Welch, Jr. (Bobbi Jo) of Seabrook; and her grandchildren, Richard, Samantha Cahoon, Chelsea Ahearn and Chad Welch (Ashley).
