She was predeceased by: her mother Alice Perkins (Kamon); and her brother Corydon Perkins, II. She is survived by: her father Corydon F. Perkins, Sr. of Seabrook; her significant other Pearl "Penny" Jacquin of Seabrook; her son Matthew Perkins (Janet Mahoney) of Seabrook; her grandchildren, Natalee, Caleb, Trevor, Jarrod, Mason, Damien, Heidi and Tyler; her stepchildren, Matthew Gaudreau of Seabrook and Victoria Zitzelberger of Seabrook; and her sisters, Joyce Addison and Candace Dow of Seabrook. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
