He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Rowe (Parasso); his parents, Merrill T. Rowe and Alice Rowe (LeClerk); his brother Robert Rowe; and his granddaughter Alyson.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Marchele Layton (Kenneth) of Wakefield, MA and Scott Belanger of Northwood, NH; his children, Glenn Rowe, Dianna DeGrow, Susan Rowe, Marc Rowe and Sean Rowe; his sister Linda Rowe; and his grandchildren, Ashley (Tim), Christian, Michayla, Tyler, Mackenzie, Amanda, Glenn Jr., Blythe, Haleigh, Michelle and Garrett.
