He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Carter and Mary Carter (O'Shea). He is survived by: his siblings, John E. "Jack" Carter Jr. of Methuen, MA, Owen Carter of Hampton, NH and Kathie Campbell of Seabrook, NH; his niece Kimberly Giuffre; and his nephew Ryan Demeritt.
