He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy "Dotty" (Rappa); his parents, John Capelotti and Adele Capelotti (Dunlap); his daughter Mary; and his grandson Robert "Bobby".
He is survived by: his sons, John and Robert; his grandchildren, Michael, Steven, Kevin, Erica and Lauren; his great grandchildren, Riley and Owen; and his siblings, Ronald Capelotti and Janice Cogliano. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, and grandnieces and nephews.
