He is survived by: his parent Diane Ringer (McIlveen); his sons, Robert Fowler-Belanger of Seabrook and David Fowler-Belanger (Shelby LeBrun); his granddaughter Kinsley (Jonathan Tyler Belanger) of Rochester; his significant other Carrie Fowler; his significant other's daughter Lilian of Seabrook; and his siblings, Michael Belanger of Seabrook and Nicole Belanger of Hampton Falls. He is also survived by 4 nieces and 3 nephews, and also 1 great niece.
