He was predeceased by: his parents, Corydon N. Perkins and Bernice Perkins (Caswell); his wife Alice P. Perkins (Kamon); his children, Corydon Perkins Jr. and Patricia Perkins; and his siblings, Clarence, Johnny, Ernest, Harry Perkins, Myrtie Butler, Pauline Eaton, Bessie Allard, Emma Knowles and Clifford.
He is survived by: his daughters, Joyce Addison and Candace Dow. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
