He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonidas Eaton and Laura Eaton (Brown); his son-in-law Mark "Sparky" Perkins; his grandchildren, Dixie Lynn Bregy and Greg A. Marshall, Jr.; and his siblings, Laura Eaton, Byron, Robert, Herbert Marshall, Leonidas Eaton, Jr. and Allen Eaton.
He is survived by: his wife Natalie Marshall (Hewlett); his children, Charles H. Marshall, Jr. (Tracy), Greg A. Marshall (Becki) and Flossy M. Perkins; his grandchildren, Mandy Doggett and Shelby Marshall; his great grandchildren, Caleb Marshall and Harlie; and his siblings, Lillian Knowles, Cheryl Perkins, Nancy Barry, Cathy Mills, Clyde, Stephen, George, Richard and David Eaton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
