He was predeceased by: his parent Benjamin Pineo; his siblings, Garth, David and Elaine DeCosta; and his great grandchild Eivan Curtis.
He is survived by: his parent Nellie Pineo (MacGinnis); his wife Faye Pineo (Smith); his daughter-in-law Ute Pineo of Hampton; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Heidi, Jason, Leah, Michael, Danielle, Amanda, Evan and Caroline; his siblings, Alice Perry, Norma Pineo, Nancy Bourdeau and Neil Pineo; and his friend Burnham "Bing" Judd.
