He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton Russell and Bernice Andree Dow (L'Heureux); his wife Susan Marie Dow (Garvey); and his sister Eileen Beevers. He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Dow (Christina) of New York and Patrick Dow (Regina) of Wakefield, MA.; his sisters, Denise Nolan and Tammie Carney; and his grandchildren, Noah and Molly.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth of Hungary Mission Church (1 Lowell St, Seabrook, NH 03874).
