He was predeceased by: his father Joseph "Butch" Boutin. He is survived by: his mother Beverly Chapinski (Morrill) of Seabrook; his wife Virginia M. Chapinski (Terry); his children, Christine Crowley (Christopher Lofaro), Ryan Crowley (Victoria) and Aden Chapinski; and his grandchildren, Michael Tilley, Carter Sylvester and Anna Sylvester. He is also survived by many loving extended family members, dear friends.
