He was predeceased by: his sister Janet Frasca. He is survived by: his significant other Pamela Williams; his children, Heidi Williams of Haverhill, Kimberly Williams of Ipswich and Charles Williams, Jr. of Sandown; his siblings, John R. "Jack" (Cynthia Gouldsbrough) and Ruthann (James Stoney); his brother-in-law James Frasca of Haverhill; and his grandchildren, Nyasha Williams, Nahjae Valentine, Soleil Valentine, Brielle Williams, Charlie Williams III and Mickey Davis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home (486 Main St, Haverhill, MA 01830).
