Smith of Sandown, New Hampshire, born in Lynn, Massachusetts, who passed away at the age of 61, on November 14, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Robert and Susan Kerwin (Kumph) of Andover. She is survived by: her husband Richard J. Smith; her children, Shelby and Austin Smith of Sandown, NH; her aunt Pat Kumph; and her cousins, Doug, Scott, Michael, Kathy and Donna Powell of Lynn. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, friends.

In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made in memory of Sandy Smith to support Dr. Priscilla Merriam's Research Fund for leiomyosarcoma research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284.
