He was predeceased by: his parents, John Keizer and Margaret Keizer (Heslinga). He is survived by: his wife Diane M. (Lezon); his daughters, Kerry A. (Shane Palmquist) and Courtney L. Keizer (Brian Mansfield); and his grandchildren, Leah, Logan, Landon and Lily. He is also survived by four nieces.
The family requests that memorial donations be made to The American Cancer Society.
