It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice E. Kierstead of Sandown, New Hampshire, born in Everett, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 8, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathleen Black (Banks) and Walter Black; and her sister Norma Kearley (Art). She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Higgins (Shawn Hassell) of Bow and Maureen Higgins Langlois of Auburn; her former husband Michael Higgins (Anne); her grandchildren, Vincent Hassell-Higgins, Cooper Higgins-Langlois and Wyatt Henry Langlois; and her siblings, Fred Black (Mikki) and Marilyn Towne (Phil). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
