He is survived by: his siblings, Jana Mayotte (Frank), Valerie Ward (Jeff) and Robert "Dan" Chadbourne (Cynthia); his nieces and nephews, Stephanie LaVigne, Allison Galvin, Adam Chadbourne, Jason, Robert, Devon and Lucas Ward; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alex Mayotte, Michael Galvin IV, Christian, Scarlet, Ivy, Lily Ward and Xan LaVigne.
