With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ashley Clayton Ellis (Sanbornton, New Hampshire), born in Laconia, New Hampshire, who passed away on August 11, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Clayton and Julia Allen Ellis (Johnson); his wife Kay Roberta Ellis (Brown); his children, James (Anna Ellis) of Summerville, SC and Deborah Rose Ellis-Fowler; his siblings, Robert (Louise Ellis), George (Bonnie Ellis), Stewart (Sharon Ellis), David (Mary Kay Ellis), Clifford Ellis of North Berwick, ME., Evelyn (Eric McArtor), Mary (Marc Tetreau) and Krista (John Argiropolis); and his grandchildren, Garret Ellis, Jonathan Fowler, Julia Fowler and Galvin Fowler. He was also cherished by nineteen nieces and nephews.
