He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur W. Dowling Sr. and Vivian Harding (Cogley). He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Dowling (Carter) of Sanbornton; his children, Stephen W. Dowling of Canterbury, Matthew W. Dowling of North Smithfield, RI, Bree Camber (Ryan) of Orange, Anita Verduzco (Raul) of Denver, CO and Cassandra Rivera (Froylan) of Bluffton, SC.; and his siblings, Kimberly A. Higgins (Joe Jancaitis) of Manchester and Mark Harding (Doreen) of Sanbornton. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren, many other close friends and extended family.
