He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathie" Downes (Keyser); his grandchildren, Ross Downes, Dakoda Downes, Mckenzie Mathison (Downes), Amanda Baird, Jared Baird and Zack Ruddy; his son Ralph Downes; and also, Kelli Downes, Nicole and Brooks Henningsen.
