He was predeceased by: his parents, Burt A. Macy and Doris G. Macy (Miller); and his grandson Christopher R. Macy. He is survived by: his wife Faye E. Macy (Dame); his son Bryan (Debby); his grandchildren, Elissa (Jeremy), Shauna (Brett) and Jenna-Rae; his great grandchildren, Jennifer (Mike Scuderi), Grace, Kristopher, Benjamin, Jack and Holland; his siblings, Richard (Ruth Ann), Margie Ring and Susan Lamb; and also, Mike Jr. (Polly) and Bethany. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Bill's name to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, PO Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284-9168.
