Lauderdale, FL, Carolyn Bullen of Salem and Christine Nelson (Richard) of Salem; his stepdaughter Annie Rutsky (James) of Albany, NY; and his grandsons, Ryan Bullen Evan Zabarsky, John and Michael Norton.
