He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Gudek and Mary Gudek (Szewczyk); and his wife Theresa A. Gudek (Auger). He is survived by: his grandsons, Kenneth Gudek (Teresa) of Salem and Stephen Gudek, Jr. (Linda) of Gilford, NH; his great grandchildren, Kenneth, Jr., Dannielle, David and Stephen III; his niece Elaine McCaffrey of Salem; his nephew Gary; and also, Meadow, Michael, Mason, Hunter, Hayden, Madison, Olivia, Grace and Stephen, IV.
