He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest D. Holt and Doris M. Holt (Kimball). He is survived by: his wife Shelley A. Holt (Richards) of Salem; his sons, John Holt (Julie) of Gouverneur, NY, Jason Gosselin (Carrie) of Quechee Hartford, VT, Joel Gosselin (Erin) of Chester, NH and Cory Holt (Korsha) of New Jersey; and his siblings, Richard Holt of Florida, Nancy Holt of Rockland, MA and Linda Westby (George) of Owego, NY.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
