He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorris Mackay (Davis) and Dr. Arthur T. Mackay; and his siblings, Barbara Crouch and John "Bud" Mackay. He is survived by: his wife Carol Mackay (Ackroyd) of Salem, NH; his daughter Karen Mackay (Ronald Hannon) of Pelham, NH; and his grandsons, Brandon and Jared Hannon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
