He is survived by: his sons, Robert Eichhorn Jr., Eric Eichhorn, Karl Eichhorn (Theresa), John Eichhorn and Richard Eichhorn (Karen); and his grandchildren, Alicia Harrison (Eichhorn), Kristopher Eichhorn and Chrissy Eichhorn. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
