He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Zeletsky Sr. and Ethel T. Zeletsky (Nelson). He is survived by: his sons, Richard E. Zeletsky Jr. (Isabel Mercauto) of Somerville and Dennis M. (Christina Zeletsky) of Salem, NH.; his grandchildren, Casadie, Carah and Dennis Zeletsky Jr.; his brothers, Joseph J. Zeletsky Jr. of Weymouth, John A. Zeletsky of Dorchester and Raymond M. (Maxine Zeletsky) of Dorchester; and also Maryann Zeletsky (Danielson). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
