He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Amaral and Ethel M. Amaral (Lowe); and his siblings, John "Jackie" Amaral and Joan M. Legere. He is survived by: his sister Deanna M. Byron (Joe Byron) of Budd Lake, NJ; his children, Scott Amaral (Amanda Amaral) of Chicopee, MA and Jill Nicole Barretto (Nick Barretto) of Londonderry, NH.; his grandchildren, Mae, Justin Amaral and Domenic Barretto; his stepgrandchildren, Nicholas and Brianna Barretto; his stepgreat-granddaughter Allie Barretto; and his close friend Elaine Curry of York, ME. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
