He was predeceased by: his parents, Armand Bologna and Jacqueline Bologna (Spaulding); his former wife Christine West; and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his daughters, Andrea Bologna West (James Dooley) of Waltham and Alexandra Bologna West of Waltham; his fiancé Luda Zrezartseva of Salem, NH; his sister Carol Pennisi of Haverhill; and his sister-in-law Alice Fitzpatrick of Fairfield, CT. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
