Patti Cook Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patti Cook of Salem, New Hampshire, born in Hialeah, Florida, who passed away on June 6, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Day and Donna Day (Pyne); her son Michael B. Cook Jr.; and her siblings, Joyce Day and David Day.
She is survived by: her husband Michael B. Cook; her children, Kimberly Cook and Lucas Cook of Salem; her grandchildren, Addison Rivera, Hailee Cook, Michael Cook and Landen Bergeron; her brother Alan Day of Rocklin, CA; and her sister-in-law Helena Day of Manchester, NH. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
