She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kerton and Grace Kerton (Fitzgerald); her husband Philip Fay; and her grandson Joseph Fay. She is survived by: her children, John Fay (Kate) of Stratham, Peter Fay (Barbara) of Barrington and Marianne Fay of Salem, MA; her brother Robert Kerton (Judy) of Hampton; her sister-in-law Susan Fay-Ryan of Florida; and her grandchildren, Nick, Matt Fay, Sean, Kerri Richards, Ciara Fay and Jared Bertone.
