He was predeceased by: his father John Hayes; his daughter Krystal; and his sisters, Cathy and Gail. He is survived by: his mother Mary Hayes (Kelleher); his wife Kim Hayes (Roberts); his sons, Michael Hayes, Jr. of North Andover, MA and Shawn Hayes of Denver, CO; his stepdaughter Katie O'Brien of Billerica, MA; his siblings, John Hayes and Maryann; his brothers-in-law, Hugh Kays and Rob Carbone; and his grandchildren, Patrick and Neiva Hayes.
