She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Wholley and Margaret Wholley (Dmitruk); and her husband William S. Powell. She is survived by: her children, Janice Bowser (Jeff Bowser) and John Powell (Sorana Powell); her grandchildren, Meredith Carroll (Josh Carroll), Erin Bowser, Matthew Powell and Jessica Powell; and her great grandchildren, Ella and Bennet Carroll.
