He was predeceased by: his wife Justine Flanagan (Cook); his siblings, Teresa Sheehan, Mary, William and Richard Flanagan Leo; and his parents, Martin Flanagan and Anna Flanagan (Sullivan).
He is survived by: his children, Leo A. Flanagan Jr. (Carlene) of Andover and Julie M. Cook (David Schulman) of Plymouth, MA.; his brother Paul Flanagan of Venice, FL; and his brother-in-law Brother Richard Cook. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
