He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ruth E. (Lemnah), Stanley S. Greene, Eva R. (Scoglio) and Howard E. Killam. He is survived by: his parents, Wayne H. Killam and Nancy E. Killam (Greene) of Brentwood, NH.; his sister Kristen Blake (Steve) of Florida; and his nephews, Nicholas, Jameson and Zachary. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
