It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Julie Fornesi Smeltzer (Salem, New Hampshire), born in Methuen, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 16, 2018, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Michael Fornesi and Kassandra Smeltzer; her parents, John Kozdra and Jane Kozdra; her siblings, Bud (Sherrie Hawkins), Linda (Dan Davis) and Kristin (John Handy); and her aunt Charlotte Collins. She is also survived by other aunts and uncles and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family to help establish an education fund for her daughter; Kassandra.
