He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Foss and Barbara Foss. He is survived by: his wife Linda Foss; his children, Kevin (Jane Foss) of Hampstead, NH, Lauren (Christopher Adrien) of Hampstead, NH and Geoffrey C. (Julie Foss) of Amesbury, MA; and his grandchildren, Daniel, Edward Foss, Emma, Jacob and Leah Adrien. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home (214 Main St, Salem, NH 03079). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Joseph Church (40 Main St, Salem, NH 03079).

“I began my journey as an Apprentice Plumber at Apollo Plumbing, where I had the privilege of working alongside Jeff Foss for 17 years. He was my mentor, teaching me everything I know about plumbing, blueprint reading, and managing a team. We also enjoyed edging and mulching his lawn in the spring time while we enjoyed a cold beer. I am deeply saddened by his passing and extend my heartfelt condolences to his family. We have lost a truly remarkable man. Love you Jeff til we meet again….. Ramón”
