He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Kingston and Dorothea Kingston (Longo). He is survived by: his wife Rachel Kingston of Salem; his daughters, Jennifer Daley (Steven) of Medford, MA, Julie Kingston (Christopher McCue) of Amesbury, MA, Kellie Waters (Joshua) of Burlington, MA and Jamie Flanagan (Nicholas) of Sandown, NH; his grandchildren, Michael Marino, Sean, Ryan Daley, Max, Cash and Sailor McCue; and his siblings, Scott Kingston (Jane) of Andover, MA and Gail Barton of Reading, MA. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
