He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank DiVincenzo and Alice DiVincenzo (Reardon) of Haverhill, MA.; and his sisters, Maryann and Jean. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Berglund (Curtis), Christina DiVincenzo, Melissa Meighan (Michael) and Zachary DiVincenzo; and his siblings, Sandra DiVincenzo and Martin DiVincenzo. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carrier Family Funeral Home (38 Range Rd, Windham, NH 03087). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Matthew Church (2 Searles Rd, Windham, NH 03087).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Frank's memory.
