He was predeceased by: his parents, Henrietta Krauss (Warner) and Edward Krauss; his daughter Kathleen; and his siblings, Richard and Barbara.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret E. Krauss (Young) of Salem; his sister Bernice Smith of Maine; and his grandsons, Danny and Shawn. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
