He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Cook (Willington) and Frank W. Cook. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Cook (Gilardoni); his sister-in-law Virginia Cook; and his close friends, Jackie and Jim Buck. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
