Dorothy H. Remillard Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dorothy H. Remillard of Salem, New Hampshire, born in Saint-Apollinaire, Québec, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 8, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Laroche and Apolline Laroche (Courcy); her husband Joseph Ronald Remillard; her siblings, Raymond Laroche, Lorraine Laroche and Theresa Cromidas (Laroche); her sons-in-law, Thor Gionet and Dr. Arthur Provencal; her granddaughters, Nicole Gionet and Brooke Johansen (Gionet); and her former husband John Arsenault.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diana Gionet (Arsenault) of Salem, NH, Linda Provencal (Arsenault) and Ann Marie Beaudoin (Remillard); her son-in-law Chuck Beaudoin of Methuen, MA; her brother Ernest Laroche; her sister-in-law Doris Laroche of Derry, NH; and her granddaughter Michelle Hamblen. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Goundrey & Dewhirst Funeral Home (42 Main St, Salem, NH 03079). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Church (40 Main St, Salem, NH 03079).
