With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clermont F. Chouinard of Salem, New Hampshire, born in Notre-Dame-du-Lac, Québec, who passed away on January 26, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Juliette Chouinard (Beaupre) and Herve Chouinard; his wife Ginette Chouinard (Ouellet); and his siblings, Berthier, Benoit Chouinard, Jeannine Chouinard (Real Migneault) of Saint Honore and Maurice Gingras of Granby.

He is survived by: his children, Karen Chouinard of Candia and Kenny Chouinard (Erin) of Salem; his grandchildren, Gavin Clermont Ward of Candia, NH, Molly Mae and Callie Ginette Chouinard of Salem, NH.; his siblings, Berthile Chouinard (late Guy Ouellet) of Riviere, Loup, Carmen Chouinard and Denis Chouinard (Louiselle) of Hampstead; and his goddaughter Paige Ouellet-Rodrigue. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as friends.
