He was predeceased by: his parents, Sebastiano Monaco and Concetta Monaco (Iuvara); and his wife Carol Monaco (Kane). He is survived by: his daughter Concetta Lakos (Christopher) of Salem, NH; and his grandchildren, Thomas and Ariana Lakos. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and extended family.
