He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. Kemp, Jr. and Doris Kemp (Simard); his son Charles F. Kemp IV; his brothers, Joseph Kemp and John Kemp; and his sons-in-law, Timothy Poole and Theodore Kimball.
He is survived by: his wife Robin Kemp (Montisanti); and his daughters, Drina Kemp (Scott Vater) of Plaistow, Diana Levis of Haverhill, Janet Kemp of Lowell, Patricia Poole of Sevierville, TN, Pamela Kemp of Haverhill, Katherine Schrow (Kenneth LaRhette) of Salem, NH, Jessica Johnson of Plaistow and Cynthia Kemp of Plaistow. He is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the High Pointe Hospice House, North Avenue, Haverhill, MA.
