He is survived by: his parents, Lynda Fitzpatrick (Howell) and Warren Fitzpatrick of Salem, NH; his brothers, Sgt. Warren Fitzpatrick (Marina) of Italy and Kevin Fitzpatrick of Tewksbury, MA; and his pet Achilles. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
