We are sad to announce that on October 12, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Alan Chouinard of Salem, New Hampshire, born in Lynn, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Chouinard and Dorothy Chouinard (Carpenter); and his brother Charles. He is survived by: his children, Charles Alan Chouinard of Methuen, MA and Michelle Lee Chouinard of Palm Coast; his granddaughter Aurora Lilly Greene; and his brothers, Roger Chouinard of Peabody, MA and Donald Chouinard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
