He is survived by: his wife Marge Newton (Marge); his children, Peter Newton (Shannon Kinney) of Newburyport, MA, Paul Newton of Waltham, MA, Mark Newton (Kim) of Wellesley, MA, Allison Leveille (Greg) of Methuen, MA and Reed Newton (Deb) of Wayland, MA; his grandchildren, Matthew, Spencer, Christopher, Melissa, Jocelyn, Emma, Sophie, Caitlin, Jake, Cole and Liam; and his brother Merl Newton of Athol, MA..
