He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore F. Pizzano and Bertha M. Pizzano (Bourinot); and his wife Grace (Kornechuk). He is survived by: his daughter Heidi Cady (late Michael) of Rye; his grandsons, Jeffrey Cady (Lauren) of Dover, NH and Daniel Cady (Anna Stevens) of Rye, NH.; and his great grandchild Michael Cady. He is also survived by several cousins, extended family members and friends.

Should friends desire, contributions in Richard's name may be made to a charity of their choice.
