He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mary DeRosa and James E. "Jimmy" Attaya Jr.; and his parents, Harriet Attaya (Matthews) and James W. Attaya. He is survived by: his children, Abbie-Rose and Samuel Attaya; his grandchildren, Gabriel and Lillian-Rose; and his sisters, Harriet Jean Attaya, Nancy Lynch and Cathy Dougherty. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
