He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Levine and Mildred Levine (Kaplan); and his siblings, Marilyn Katz and Philip Levine. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Levine (Ritchey); his children, Douglas Levine of Norwood, MA, Scott Levine of Boise, ID, Lauren Bedell (Kevin) of Newton Highlands, MA and Cheryl Schainfeld (Robert); his grandchild Cameron of Newton, MA.; his stepson Mac Ritchey (Korinne); his stepgrandson Brendan of Carlisle, MA; and his stepdaughter Harper Schantz of Portland, OR..
